Stars at midnight....

...well, 12:10 a.m. to be exact...all 36 stars for the last pieced border in my Mystery Quilt - Mountmellick by Di Ford...and the last 4 hexies needed for the corners...whew! Planning a little time away in the RV next week and this project will go along - hoping to get all the stars appliqued to the background...

Taking a Mother's Day meal to my Mom and Dad at the nursing home on Sunday and wishing all the other Mom's out there a day with loved ones.

Sounds like a nice plan for Mother's Day--I'll bet they will appreciate that.

  9. Love your little flowers and how sweet of you to take a good meal to mom and dad. I wish I had thought of that instead of a flowering plant, but then I know my mom will enjoy the beautiful color of the geraniums. Happy Mothers Day to you.

What a lovely thing to go for your mum and dad. We took my parents out for brunch today - we were four generations and it was a treat!
