Tribute to Sasha

Our Sasha - of the sweet and naturally perfect sheltie ears...
Who lived to play Frisbee endlessly...
Who had a built-in tummy clock for meal time...
Whose face lit up every time she saw her favorite person - our Dave...
Who traveled so well by auto - even as far as the Arctic Circle...
Who was always shy, but devoted and loyal and went through life with dignity...
Who was filled with a gentle temperament.
Our dear companion...

    It's so hard to lose them isn't it, I'm so sorry for you. Every time, I tell myself that I can't do it again and everytime I find that I just can't live without a four legged best friend...

    So sorry to hear about Sasha. Your tribute brought tears to my eyes. Losing a fur family member is so very painful. There will be a lot of frisbee playing in heaven now. Hugs from Winnipeg.

    I am so sorry for your loss! It is the worst thing ever when we treat our pets like family, because they are and we lose them! Your Sasha looked like the perfect lady! I am grieving for you as I know how difficult this process can be. Just keep remembering all the beautiful things about her and know she was so loved. Hugs Anne

    Pat, my heart goes out to you. We lost our Precious girl last November after 14 years. Even though we have Lizzie and Mulligan, we are still grieving our loss. Sasha was beautiful!

    I liked your phrase "built-in tummy clock." Our Maine Coon cat has the same ability. Pets do add such a lot to our lives. It's sad to miss them, but what wonderful memories we have of each one.

    I'm sorry about your loss. It sounds like Sasha was a wonderful friend and important part of your family for fourteen years, That's a long yet short time. I'm glad you have photos and memories. It's so sad when an adored pet passes on. Take care and I wish you all the best as you grieve.
